Analogkit is operated by an individual developer ("Analogkit", "we", "us"); the operator's legal name is on file with our payment partner Waffo Pancake and is available on request. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of analogkit.app and of the websites and web services that Analogkit operates and that link to these Terms (each a "Service"), including accounts, credit packs and AI features.
By creating an account, purchasing credits or otherwise using a Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, and, if you use a Service on behalf of an organization, that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Our iOS apps (such as Slow Tuner and CrownScribe) have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to those apps instead of these Terms.
The Services are online software tools delivered digitally. Paid features become available immediately after your payment is confirmed; nothing is shipped physically.
Some Services use third-party AI models to generate content. The model provider is named on the relevant product page. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output generated for others; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. We may change, add or remove features, and will give notice before removing a feature you have paid for.
You can sign in with a one-time email code, an email sign-in link, or Sign in with Apple, depending on the Service. Each Service has its own separate account. Keep access to your email and devices secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. If you notice unauthorized use, contact support@analogkit.app immediately.
Paid usage of the Services is based on credits. You buy credits in packs; each use of a paid feature deducts the number of credits shown before you use it. Pack sizes and prices are listed on each Service's pricing page and are shown again at checkout, in your currency where available, together with any applicable taxes.
Credits are a prepaid right to use a Service. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and can only be used in the Service where they were bought. Free or promotional credits may have a shorter validity stated when they are granted and cannot be refunded.
If a task fails because of an error on our side, the credits deducted for that task are returned to your balance automatically.
Payments are processed by our payment partner Waffo Pancake, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles payment, applicable sales taxes and receipts. Each purchase is a one-time payment that you authorize at checkout. We do not offer automatic top-ups or recurring charges for credit packs; you are only charged when you buy a pack.
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; unused credits expire after that. If your account is closed, unused credits expire, except where a refund applies under Section 7 or Section 13.
To request a refund, email support@analogkit.app from your account email with your order number. Approved refunds are issued through Waffo Pancake to your original payment method; the time until it appears depends on your bank (usually 5–10 business days). Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact support@analogkit.app before opening a dispute with your bank. We reply within 2 business days and correct confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
You keep all rights to the content you submit ("Input"). To the extent permitted by law, you own the output generated for you ("Output"). You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to process Input and Output only to provide and secure the Services. We do not use your Input or Output to train AI models. Input is sent to the third-party AI provider named on the product page, which processes it under its own terms to generate Output.
The Services, their software, design and the Analogkit name and logos belong to us. These Terms do not give you any right to them other than using the Services as offered.
You may use the Services for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You must not:
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Card details are entered on Waffo Pancake's checkout and processed by Waffo Pancake in line with PCI-DSS; we never receive or store full card numbers. When you delete your account, your account data is deleted from our live database immediately and from our backups within 30 days, except records we must keep as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including that AI Output is accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using a Service at any time and delete your account from the account page or by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. If we close your account or discontinue a Service for reasons other than your breach, we refund your unused purchased credits in proportion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for this purpose excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent people's court. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep any mandatory protections of the law where you live.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or on the Services at least 14 days before material changes take effect, and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

根据具体服务，你可以用邮箱验证码、邮箱登录链接或"通过 Apple 登录"登录。每个服务的账户是独立的。请保护好你的邮箱和设备，你需对账户下的操作负责。发现账户被他人使用时，请立即联系 support@analogkit.app。
服务的付费使用以积分计。你按包购买积分，每次使用付费功能前会显示需要扣除的积分数。积分包的数量和价格列在各服务的定价页，结账时会再次显示（有条件时以你所在地的货币显示）并包含适用的税费。
积分是预付的服务使用权，不是货币，没有现金价值，不能转让或转售，只能在购买它的服务中使用。免费或活动赠送的积分可能有更短的有效期（发放时说明），且不退款。
如果任务因我们这边的错误失败，该任务扣除的积分会自动退回你的余额。
付款由我们的支付合作方 Waffo Pancake 处理，它作为你这笔购买的记录商户（Merchant of Record），负责收款、适用的销售税和收据。每次购买都是你在结账时授权的一次性付款。积分包没有自动充值或周期扣款，只有你购买时才会扣款。
购买的积分自购买之日起 12 个月内有效，过期未用的积分作废。账户关闭后，未用积分作废，但依第 7 条或第 13 条应退款的除外。
申请退款请用账户邮箱发送订单号到 support@analogkit.app。退款批准后由 Waffo Pancake 原路退回你的付款方式，到账时间取决于你的银行（通常 5–10 个工作日）。本条不限制你依据强制性消费者保护法律享有的权利。
如果你认为扣款有误，请在向银行发起争议前先联系 support@analogkit.app。我们会在 2 个工作日内回复，并在 5 个工作日内更正确认的计费错误。
你对提交的内容（"输入"）保留全部权利。在法律允许的范围内，为你生成的内容（"输出"）归你所有。你授予我们有限、非独占的许可，仅为提供和保障服务而处理输入和输出。我们不会用你的输入或输出训练 AI 模型。输入会发送给产品页面写明的第三方 AI 提供方，由其按自己的条款处理以生成输出。
服务及其软件、设计以及 Analogkit 名称和标识归我们所有。除按提供的方式使用服务外，本条款不授予你任何相关权利。
你可以将服务用于合法的个人和商业用途。你不得：
我们如何处理个人信息，见隐私政策。银行卡信息在 Waffo Pancake 的收银台填写，由 Waffo Pancake 按 PCI-DSS 标准处理，我们不会接收或保存完整卡号。你删除账户后，账户数据会立即从我们的在线数据库删除，并在 30 天内从备份中删除；隐私政策中说明需要保留的记录除外。
服务按"现状"和"可用"的基础提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作任何默示保证，包括 AI 输出准确或适合特定用途。我们对与服务相关的任何索赔的总责任，以你在索赔前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额为限。依法不能限制的责任不受此限。
你可以随时停止使用服务，并在账户页面或发邮件给我们删除账户。对违反本条款的账户，我们可以暂停或关闭。如果我们因你违约以外的原因关闭你的账户或停止某项服务，会按比例退还你未使用的已购积分。
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（为此目的不包括香港、澳门和台湾地区法律）。发生争议时，请先联系我们，争取在 30 天内友好解决；协商不成的，提交有管辖权的人民法院解决。如果你是其他国家或地区的消费者，你仍享有居住地法律规定的强制性保护。
我们可能更新本条款。重大变更会在生效前至少 14 天通过邮件或在服务内通知你，并更新上方的"最后更新"日期。生效日后继续使用服务即视为接受更新后的条款。
