Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Analogkit ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use Slow Tuner (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. What we collect
- Account identifiers — your email address (via Sign in with Apple or email one-time code) and a unique user ID. Apple's "Hide My Email" relay is supported.
- App usage data — focus session records, favorite stations, custom mixes, theme preferences. Stored locally and, when signed in, synced to our cloud.
- Purchase history — App Store transaction IDs for verifying your subscription or one-time purchase. We never see card numbers.
- Device push token (only if you enable notifications) — used to send optional daily scene recommendations.
We do not collect: contacts, location, microphone audio, photos, browsing history, advertising identifiers.
2. How we use it
- Provide the core service (focus timer, audio playback, scene recommendations).
- Sync your data across your devices when signed in.
- Verify your in-app purchases and entitlements.
- Send optional content recommendations (only if you opt into notifications).
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
3. Third parties (data processors)
- Apple — for Sign in with Apple, App Store payments, and Push Notifications. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase (hosted on AWS) — stores your account, focus history, favorites, custom mixes, and subscription records. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
4. Data retention
We keep your account data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Me → Settings → Account → Delete Account; we erase your records from our database within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate statistics may be retained for service improvement.
5. Your rights
Regardless of jurisdiction, you can: (a) access your data, (b) correct it, (c) delete your account, (d) export your data on request. Email support@analogkit.app and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
7. Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Data at rest in Supabase is encrypted at the database level. Sign in with Apple uses Apple's secure token flow; we never see your Apple ID password.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the App at least 7 days before taking effect.

我们不收集:通讯录、位置、麦克风录音、相册、浏览历史、广告标识符。
2. 如何使用
- 提供核心功能(专注计时、音频播放、场景推荐)。
- 登录后跨设备同步你的数据。
- 校验内购权益。
- 发送可选的内容推送(仅在你开启通知后)。
我们不向广告商出售、出租或分享你的数据。
3. 第三方(数据处理者)
- Apple — 用于 Sign in with Apple、App Store 支付、推送通知。详见 Apple 隐私政策。
- Supabase(部署在 AWS)— 存储你的账户、专注记录、收藏、自定义混音、订阅记录。详见 Supabase 隐私政策。
4. 数据保留
账户存续期间我们保留你的数据。你可随时在 我的 → 设置 → 账户 → 删除账户 中删除账户;我们将在 30 天内清除你的记录。匿名化聚合统计可能用于服务优化。
5. 你的权利
无论你所在何地,你可以:(a) 访问你的数据 (b) 更正它 (c) 删除账户 (d) 导出数据。请联系 support@analogkit.app,我们会在 30 天内回复。
6. 儿童
本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会主动收集 13 岁以下儿童的数据;一经发现即删除。
7. 安全
传输中的数据使用 TLS 1.2+ 加密。Supabase 数据库层面静态加密。Sign in with Apple 使用 Apple 安全 token 流程,我们不接触你的 Apple ID 密码。
8. 变更
本政策可能更新。重大变更会在 App 内提前 7 天公告。
